At CCKM Pharmacy, we take great care to ensure your orders are processed, packed, and delivered safely and on time. Please review the following policies for a smooth shopping experience.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier services. Delivery times may vary by location.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–12 business days
  • Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

Delays: Unexpected events (weather, strikes, logistics issues) may cause delays. We’ll notify you of any such updates.


Delivery Policy

Check on Delivery: If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please record a video before opening it.

Claim Process:

  • File damage or missing-item claims within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the full package and shipping label is mandatory.
  • Claims without a video cannot be processed.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery: Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability.

Returns & Refunds (for Damaged Items)

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details.

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seller: All products are sold exclusively by CKKM Pharmacy.

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • For valid cancellations, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged / Defective Products:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Verified claims will receive a replacement within 7–10 working days or a full refund if unavailable.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Final Decision: All refund, replacement, and cancellation decisions by CKKM Pharmacy are final and binding.


Return/Exchange Policy
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items may not qualify for return/exchange.
  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost plus Return To Origin (RTO) charges.

For items with free shipping, the refund will also exclude the original shipping cost + RTO charges.

Note: Free shipping applies to initial delivery only—not to refused or returned parcels.
